Our Philosophy
Caring For Kids is a non-profit organization that is committed to the enhancement and delivery of high-quality child care for all children to reach their full potential. We see children as active participants in their environment, who are by nature, problem solvers. We view children as competent, active, curious and capable learners rich in potential. We support play-based learning in which children have the opportunity to explore and interact with the indoor and outdoor environments. We understand how a carefully prepared, play-based learning program compliments the children's natural curiosity. Learning is fun under the guidance of our caring and qualified educators. Children develop social skills and make friends, while learning and growing in ways that support their success in child care, school and in life. Parents appreciate knowing that their child is benefiting from an educational and developmental program that positively supports their childs long-term growth and socialization.

Our Staff
Our educators and home child care caregivers are the key to the quality of your child's experience at Caring For Kids. We carefully select our staff, we support them to become a team of caring professionals who benefit from ongoing support and continuous professional learning. Our Early Childhood Educators (RECE's) are registered with the College of Early Childhood Education.
At Caring For Kids, we welcome all families, building respectful, healthy relationships is the foundation of all we do.

Who We Are
Caring For Kids began in 1986 in Mississauga. Since then, Caring For Kids has continued to grow and evolve in response to the changing needs of families and neighborhoods. Many of our programs are located in elementary schools, providing safely for children, as well as convenience and peace of mind for parents. Today we provide a wide variety of coordinated , high quality child care programs to meet the unique needs of our families and their children, infancy to 13 years of age.

Raising the Bar
Raising the bar is a quality early learning initiative providing all licensed child care programs in Peel Region with the opportunity to participate in a developmental profile for quality improvement. At Caring for kids we strive for a standard of excellence above and beyond licensing requirements therefore all of our licensed programs, actively participate in Raising the Bar.
