The Association of Early Childhood Educators is a professional association for early childhood educators in Ontario.

 
Child Development Resource Connection Peel (CDRCP)


Founded in 1993, Child Development Resource Connection Peel collaborates with community partners to promote the quality care of children up to 12 years of age and support the quality of family life. Recognizing the critical importance of providing Early Childhood Education and resources to children in their formative years, CDRCP supports families, staff and the community by sharing information, promoting education and providing opportunities to work together.

 
Childcare Resource and Research Unit (CRRU)


The Childcare Resource and Research Unit (CRRU) at the University of Toronto is a policy and research oriented facility that focuses on early childhood education and care (ECEC). CRRU’s mandate is to advance the idea of a universal, high quality, publicly-funded, not-for- profit, inclusive ECEC system in Canada.

CRRU receives funding from Social Development Partnerships, Social Development Canada, for which we are most appreciative. The University of Toronto provides continuous in-kind support.

Parent Co-operative Preschool Corporation (PCPC)


The Parent Co-operative Preschool Corporation (PCPC) has been building partnerships by providing support and services to the childcare community for over 32 years.

PCPC offers a wide range of services and products:

  • Promote centre stability and programming excellence for our member centres.
  • Membership includes southern, central, eastern and mid-northern Ontario.
  • Proven record of meeting members’ needs in a highly responsive and effective way.
  • Members are key stakeholders — as a co-operative, we are owned and directed by our members.
  • Unique features is supporting and strengthening the partnership between parents and educators in order to create and maintain excellent learning environments for children.
