Caring for Kids participates in community accreditation programs
"I Care For Kids, I Care For Quality"
The "I Care for Kids, I Care for Quality" home study guide is an information and action guide that caregivers can use to review and improve the quality of their own home child care services. It was adopted from a similar guide in use in the United States. This tool was reviewed by hundreds of home child caregivers and adopted by caregivers and agencies in Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton, and the Region of Waterloo. Caring for Kids home child care consultants work with and support child caregivers implementing the guide in their homes.
