All staff hired and employed at The Centre are required to meet the standards and regulations as outlined by the Ministry of Children & Youth Services under the Provincial Government.

College of Early Childhood Educators

The College of Early Childhood Educators is a professional self-regulatory organization for early childhood educators formed to protect the public interest and focused on quality and standards in the practice of early childhood education.

Each group of children has at least one Registered Early Childhood Educator (R.E.C.E.) assigned to their classroom together with assistants that have training and/or experience with children of that age.
