Staff receive ongoing training and support.

• Caring For Kids provides ongoing training opportunities, both internally and externally, for all staff at The Centre.
• From time to time, as part of our involvement in the  community, we host student teachers from community colleges and secondary  schools.  All participants in such joint educational opportunities must also meet regulation and government standards.
• All staff at The Centre are fully trained in Standard First Aid and Infant/Child CPR  and are required to complete a Criminal Reference Check prior to employment.
